Final Results
On January 13, 2023 Agency on Aging \ Area 4 (AAA4) issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for organizations interested in federal Older Americans Act (OAA) funds under Title III-E, the Family Caregiver Support Program. The Title is broken into two parts – one where the care receiver is an older adult (age 60+), and one where the care receiver is a child (under age 18) being raised by a grandparent or other relative. The specific Service Categories, anticipated funding amounts and awardees are shown in the tables below.

The contract period for all Title III-E Service Categories is as follows:
- Initial contract period begins July 1, 2023 and ends June 30, 2024
- Renewable for State Fiscal Years 2024-25, 2025-26 and 2026-27
Annual contract renewals are subject to funding availability and satisfactory fulfillment of contracted obligations.
